Taco Flower Cuppy with Bell Pepper


Ingredients

  • 10 Pidy Taco Flower cuppy
  • 1/2 red bell pepper
  • 1/2 green bell pepper
  • 1/2 yellow bell pepper
  • 1/2 red onion
  • 100g canned corn
  • Basil

Method

Servings: 10

  1. Finely chop the 3 types of bell peppers and the half onion.
  2. Rinse the corn under running water and drain.
  3. Mix the bell peppers together with the corn and onion.
  4. Fill the Taco Flower cups and garnish with basil.
