Taco Flower Cuppy with Bell Pepper
Ingredients
- 10 Pidy Taco Flower cuppy
- 1/2 red bell pepper
- 1/2 green bell pepper
- 1/2 yellow bell pepper
- 1/2 red onion
- 100g canned corn
- Basil
Method
Servings: 10
- Finely chop the 3 types of bell peppers and the half onion.
- Rinse the corn under running water and drain.
- Mix the bell peppers together with the corn and onion.
- Fill the Taco Flower cups and garnish with basil.
