Mini Tellines with Salmon Mousse
Ingredients
- 10 Pidy Mini Tellines
- 200g smoked salmon
- 75g mascarpone
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- 1 jar of salmon eggs
- A few sprigs of dill
- Pepper and salt
Method
Servings: 10
- Mix the salmon with the mascarpone, lemon juice, pepper, salt and a sprig of dill.
- Using a piping bag, put the salmon mousse into the Mini Tellines Neutral.
- Top with salmon eggs and a sprig of dill.
