Iris with Pesto, Parma Ham and Feta Cheese
Ingredients
- 10 Pidy Iris cups
- 150g basil leaves
- 75g pine nuts
- 75g grated parmesan cheese
- 100g olive oil
- 1 clove of garlic
- 150g Parma ham
- 100g feta cheese
Method
Servings: 10
- Mash the pine nuts, garlic, basil and Parmesan cheese until you have an even mixture.
- After this, put the mixture in a bowl and add the oil bit by bit while stirring.
- Cut the feta cheese into small cubes.
- Cut the Parma ham into thin slices and roll finely.
- Put the pesto in the Iris cups.
- Top with the small cubes of feta cheese, Parma ham and basil leaves.
