Mini Trendy Shell with Chocolate Ganache and Mint
Under the motto “chocolate is always a good idea”, today we’re sharing the recipe for these Mini Trendy Shells filled with dark chocolate ganache and mint. Mmm… Did the process of mouth-watering start already?
Ingredients
8 Pidy Mini Trendy Shells 5cm
200g dark chocolate
125ml cream
5g mint leaves
15g butter
Method
Servings: 8
- Warm the cream with the mint leaves and let it simmer for 15 minutes.
- Pour the cream over the chocolate and add the butter.
- Divide the mixture over the Pidy Mini Trendy Shells.
- Decorate with a mint leaf.
