Pidy will be launching their new gluten free range which includes a 5cm and an 8.5cm neutral and sweet pastry cases and it is twice as deep, making it ideal for a larger variety of fillings. The new pastry cases are straight sided giving it an authentic homemade feel whilst still staying in line with the current bakery trend. The sweet products are made out of butter, the neutral cases of margarine. The Pidy team have gone to great lengths to ensure that there are no compromises in taste or quality between their gluten free and their non-gluten free pastry.

The Corolle 85 range are veggie cups in side dish format. It consists of 3 flavours; neutral, beetroot and carrot.
This crispy thin pate a fonçage pastry can be served as a breakfast option with blueberries, mixed nuts and Greek yoghurt, or they can be enjoyed at lunchtime filled with tomato, pesto, seasonal greens, mozzarella and fresh basil.
They contain 30% vegetable juice and have a balanced, pleasant vegetable taste. No E-numbers have been added. Moreover, the Corolles are free of palm oil. The artisanal look supports their natural character.
